Refunds and Returns

We have a NO RETURN & NO REFUND Policy.

Returns to Exchange are only allowed on incorrect orders. (You would be returning the incorrect item for the correct item)

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the damaged item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item

To be eligible for a return to exchange, the received item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, not tried on,  with tags, and in its original packaging unopened. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at uelegance55@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.  Contact must be made within 24 hours of receiving the package and pictures must be emailed to uelegance55@gmail.com as proof.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

 

Size Discrepancies

Due to the spread of COVID-19, we are unable to accept returns for any items shipped or garments that do not fit. NO EXCEPTIONS.  Please review size charts before placing an order

 

Refunds 
All sales are FINAL. No refunds. Only store credit on return to exchange if requested item is out of stock.

Shipping & Policies

How long will it take for my order to reach me, and when will I know it’s on the way?

Orders received Friday through Sunday are shipped on Mondays with the exceptions of holidays. If you would like your order shipped next day, a request can be made but it is not guaranteed.  In order to ship next day, your order must be placed by 3:00 pm MST on the day prior. 

 

 Where is my order coming from (can I pick it up)?:

 We currently sell online only and do not have a show room yet, as such all orders are mailed out. We are located in Arizona.

 

 Where is my tracking information?:

 Tracking e-mails are generated automatically once items shipped.

 *Please note, due to a high volume of emails, any e-mail requesting tracking information before it is scheduled to go out will not receive a response.

 

How long will my order take to reach me?:

We ship with the United States Postal Service (USPS) Priority and it typically takes 3-7 business days depending on location.  Usually with the date shipped counting as day one (please note that it can take up to six business days) the only guaranteed receiving time is through the purchase of expedited shipping.

 Please choose a secure ship to address, as once an item is shown as delivered, we are no longer responsible. Shipping costs cannot be refunded under any circumstance.

Due to COVID-19, shipping days may be longer than usual.
